Delivery Phases

- Shipping Time: Begins after processing and depends on the shipping method and destination.
Please note that our order cutoff time is (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Delivery times may extend during busy periods and promotional events.
We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated delivery times combine processing and shipping periods.

Shipping Delays

Undelivered Packages

Incorrect Addresses
- We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Duties & Taxes
- Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
- Merchfootwear is not liable for customs fees if: 1) the package is rejected by the recipient, or 2) delivery fails after multiple attempts.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without a guaranteed refund.
