Order Confirmation and Cancellation

Before confirming your order, please review all details, including size, design, and quantity. As we process orders quickly, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections. If you need to correct an error, you have a 6-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel and reorder. For any questions before placing your order, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Canceling Orders

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. If you request a cancellation after this period, your order might already be in processing or shipping. A 10% cancellation fee of the total order value applies. To cancel, please email us at [email protected].

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, all orders are considered accepted, and refunds will not be provided.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

  • Item arrived damaged or broken
  • Received design differs from the order
  • Size or material is not as ordered
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product description does not match the item received

Condition of Returned Items

  • Must be in original condition and packaging
  • Must not be worn, washed, or altered
  • Defects must be due to our error
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Minor issues like stray threads are not eligible

  • Shipping label/receipt
  • Proof of purchase
  • Evidence of defects
  • Relevant email screenshots

Return and Refund Process

  • Our Customer Service team will review and respond within 2-3 business days.
  • Ensure email notifications are enabled. Refunds are processed only after confirming the return eligibility.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This will not be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, allow up to 2 business days for processing. You will be notified by email, and a full refund, including any original shipping fees, will be issued promptly.

  • Our return policy is valid for 30 days from delivery.
  • Items are eligible for return or exchange only within the 30-day window. Returns are free of additional fees except for return shipping, which is the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit or those made without proper communication.
